The Shareholders' Meeting integrated the Board of Directors

Laura Martiniello, Full Professor of Business Economics, is the new President of Italferr for the 2025-2027 term, thereby enriching the professional and managerial skills of the Board of Directors, which includes CEO Prof. Dario Lo Bosco and Directors Fini, Miccoli, and Papaleo.
