Italferr revolutionizes Team Building

Italferr has revolutionized team building with the Idego Digital Psychology Virtual Lab format.

During four spectacular editions, the 200 participants of the TID Spoke & Digital Rail Infrastructure Development Department donned virtual reality (VR) visors to explore digital worlds and push their own boundaries.

VR technology enabled an immersive and engaging experience, putting both individual and collective human factors centre stage.

"We walked on virtual paths, solved puzzles in fantastic environments and worked together as a team to achieve common goals".

This experience has shown how technology can bring people together, stimulate creativity, enhance collaboration and facilitate the analysis of one's own limits.
