ONTARIO LINE - RSSOM
The Ontario Line is a new automated subway line under construction that will run through the city center of Toronto, connecting the Ontario Science Center to the Exhbition Place exhibition area.
The Ontario line will be approximately 16 km long and will have 15 stations. Over half of the route is in tunnels and will be served by 8 underground stations. Six are interchange/intermodal stations.
The stations will also provide connections to surface bus and tram lines.
The entire procurement of the Ontario Line project is being managed by Infrastructure Ontario and Metrolinx ("the Sponsors").
Italferr has been engaged in the project technical assistance and design activities. The scope of Italferr's consultancy work relates to engineering and design services for track and track components.
